I thought I had bottom, but I pulled up the line and I was surprised to see an octopus on the line! But it got away before we could get it in the boat.
We saw huge cargo ships and ferries as we motored out of Olbia Harbour.
The Fanta Orangina tastes better in Italy than in Canada.
I am training to be the skipper of the dinghy.
Hi Sol, I enjoy your blogs and the pictures are great!! You look like you are having lots of fun and learning how to skipper the dinghy is awesome. Look forward to more pictures and updates.
you are so lucky sol iwish i could go with you
Hi Cian,
I wish you’d be here Too, it would be soooo much more fun. What are you doing this vacation?
Sol
Hey Sol! Yes, I have caught a few strange creatures here in Cda as well, using a buzz bomb. One day soon I predict you will catch a reeeeely big fish! Fun. Say hi to the rest of the crew. I had a dream about you guys last night: we were attacked by a very small rhinoceros, but Bill scared it away. Could have been dicey, though.

Happy Birthday Sol! Hope you had a fantastic day with lots of the great European Fanta, a birthday cake baked on a sailboat, maybe the gift of some kite surfing lessons ( all the new fun and challenging things you get to learn!)….maybe you pulled in a big fish. Be happy that you only have to be the skipper of the dinghy…..there can’t be any problems and you won’t have to be the mechanic that your Dad is turning in to. Lots of love.
